“The bacon is so delicious!! We just got it last night (now that it is cured), have already had it twice and are contemplating a third time for dinner. :) We have been enjoying the sausage enormously as well and had a fantastic ham and white bean soup last week. Your pork is the best we have EVER tasted and the only kind we will eat. It means so much to us knowing that it is a heritage breed, raised cleanly and with care, we love that we can enjoy it and feel physically and mentally good afterwards - the stuff from the store makes us sick, but I have felt wonderful and had so much energy today after enjoying the bacon (along with good farm fresh eggs!) for lunch.
